5. EVOLUTION OF RELIGIONS

Evolution applies to everything. It applies to animals and plants. You know that much. It also applies to religions. Actually, religions reflect the Human story of growth well.

First, there were guys on the trees, scared of natural forces and other animals. They gave them names and called them gods. The guys then descended from the trees but were still afraid. More gods were created. Someone realised that these come from the earth and understood the system of why it happens. They settled where they were, as this offered better shelter. They came up with the idea of worshipping the earth and its fertility and came up with a god to have at the centre of it. Polytheism started.

As this happened, the groups grew more isolated and started to protect themselves from other groups.
The idea of ”us” and ”them” started to evolve. And of course, the gods that we came up with are better than those you came up with. Some Jewish guy decided to give his group a god of their own. Monotheism started.

You would think that was it, but it wasn’t.

Humans continued to grow, and so did God. The God who has been involved in the growth of the Human through the cycle of development and cannot be rejected by knowledge. It has grown into the biology of the human mind. It has grown together with the Human.

And here comes the exciting part:

How does biology work with herd animals?

It is one-to-one. One for all and all for one.
This arises the question of how is it possible that it works like that when the individuals in a herd/flock etc are no longer aware of each other?

How is it possible for ants to build their hill? How do starlings know how to fly in flocks so that they change the formation to drive away predatory birds, like a repellent magnet? How do cranes know how to fly in that V-formation of theirs? The science says: DNA.

I say: the flock/herd etc. is the creature. All of the individuals in it make up the actual creature. In polytheism, these creatures are the gods.

And this applies to the Human creature, too!

Now that we remember that the evolution of religions goes hand-in-hand with the evolution of humans, we should not think that the evolution of religions has stopped with monotheism.

Of course, religions continue to evolve, just like the Human. Religion has evolved in its own biological path to protect the Human, in the end from its own individuals and their self-conscious minds, their shithead egos that seek more and more for themselves at the expense of the survival of their species and the entire biosphere.
I am talking about the worst of the deadly sins, Greed.

The creatures, meaning the herds of people (nations) have organised herd instructors for themselves. These creatures have given birth to such individuals within themselves whose lives

were set up so that the instructor individuals have realised something essential, and have been able to communicate to the other members of the herd the right things at the right time, allowing the others to act in the best manner in order to promote the survival of the species.

This is who we are, the herd instructors.

Religion is a tool that the Human creature has used for instructing this herd.

The ”carrots” we have to offer, including things of which no individual can have actual knowledge (afterlife, reincarnation etc.) have been used to get the individuals to do the right things to promote the survival of their breed.

Now that the volume of information has ballooned, and the ”carrots” no longer work, ”our herd” thought that it was finally ready and evolved enough to reveal itself to its individuals.

What individuals have seen as the Holy God, is actually the Human itself.

The entire creature, inside which all the human individuals are encompassed, is the God to the individual.

The creature is everywhere, or at least a part of it.

In your bedroom. Look at your partner! In the bathroom with you. Look in the mirror!

It emerges from under the ground. Just wait in the metro tunnel. It is up in the sky. See, there’s an Airbus 380. It has travelled to the Moon and is now planning a trip to Mars and even beyond.

What did you think, fucking stupidos? Did you think that God was something miraculous, supernatural, incomprehensible, supra-rational?

You are the God, together; forever and ever, Amen!

In reality, the god of each herd, meaning the species/entity, is the herd itself. We have various herds on this planet. These are the creatures, the gods. Polytheism originally captured this. Later, it was somehow forgotten that the actual God of each species is composed of all the individuals of the herds of the same species; the entity as whole.

Most human individuals have not understood the size of these creatures or the equal nature of these creatures, even though we all learn it (at least in Finland) in environmental studies at school when we are around ten years old.

This is how nature, or more specifically the Biosphere, works. All these creatures/gods are needed to keep the balance. Everyone eats everyone, but usually only a part of it.

Nature does not work so that one species would eat another species, or entities, or gods in polytheism, in their entity.

Humans are the only creatures capable of destroying/eating entire herds, or creatures, at once.

In the Biosphere, the purpose of the Human is not to destroy others, but to ensure this will not happen. This is the only sensible decision of the Human for its existence on this planet, in this Biosphere.

As I understand, this is The Answer that Nostra Damús predicted to rise from the land that rises from the sea. (Fact: Finland rises from the sea.)

Now, this Human creature is eating a little too much, as it is eating entire creatures, not just their parts.

It is not enough for the Human to eat just some fish, allowing the creature called a shoal of fish to survive. No, this is not enough for the Human. The Human thinks they should be entitled to eat the entire creature, preferably more than one, to gain maximum profit for the fishing company.

After eating, for example, six shoals of fish, the human has murdered six creatures? In biology this equals to what would be called a six-time genocide by Human concepts.

All that I have experienced in my life has contributed to me becoming what I am today.

And I have drifted into very many types of situations in my life, with many different types of people and other animals.

This very bizarre life of mine has built up so that, even though I have not been conscious of it myself, as a conclusion the understanding of the meaning of religion has crystallised in my mind, as well as the essence of God, and the impact that Human has on nature.
